Preparation method

🌿 Dissolve the coconut soil in warm water (for compost). Gradually add water.
🌿 Pour the soaked coconut soil (compost) into a watering can.
🌿 Sow some seeds and cover with a little soil.
🌿 Water carefully and regularly to keep the soil constantly moist.
🌿 Place in a bright and warm place.
🌿 Later you can transplant the sunflower into a larger container or to your balcony or garden.
🌿 When the plant reaches a height of somewhere between 5 and 8 cm, transplant it into a larger container or into the garden.
