Eucalyptus refreshes

Essential oils have played an important role in healing since ancient times in Egypt, China and elsewhere in the world. The oils were obtained through a distillation process and were highly valued for their medicinal properties.

Eucalyptus oil is a concentrated liquid containing volatile aromatic compounds from the Eucalyptus Globulus tree.

Eucalyptus oil is said to have antibacterial, disinfectant, and analgesic properties. It has been used to relieve coughs, colds, and respiratory problems. In aromatherapy, eucalyptus is said to promote activity, vitality, and energy.

For breathing problems, you can put a few drops of cinnamon oil on a cloth, inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose for half a minute.
Apply directly to wounds, rashes and insect bites. Add a few drops to your bath water to feel invigorated and refreshed. Soak your aching feet in a warm bath with 4-5 drops of this oil for relief.
A few drops of oil in a diffuser is said to kill germs and bacteria in the air, which is a good idea for a hospital room.
Eucalyptus essential oil is for external use only; always consult a licensed physician when using it as a health remedy.
